On this page you will find the conditions of purchase of our products through our online store available at pepemate.com. The purpose of the website is to offer and advertise the sale of Pepe Mate.

We are Pepe Mate and this is how we will refer to our company in this page, but officially for the moment, the official name of the company is Nathan Alexandre Moise ATTIAS and our fiscal identification number is Y7362712N. Our official direction is Calle de Santa María 16, 5C, 28014 Madrid, Spain.

Checkout Informations

On the checkout form before payment, we ask for some of your personal information to properly process your order. Under privacy laws, the usage of these informations is only to accomplish one mission : ensure that you get your pack of Pepe Mate well delivered. 

We’re pretty rigorous on all things regarding privacy. If you need any additional information on our Privacy Policy, please visit our Privacy Policy page or send an email to cuidamostusdatos@pepemate.com.

All things shipping

Most of the time, we’ll send your order with the Spanish national post company, the Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos S.A or simply “Correos”.

The shipping fee for a 6x33cl pack is 4.95 €. The shipping fee for the 24x33cl pack is free.

We love our national service providers. However sometimes they can be a bit rough with the packages… if there is any case of damage caused to our merchandise during shipping, we’re not held accountable in any case. The best thing to do in this situation is to send us an email with the pictures of your damaged order at yo@pepemate.com

Incidents

If there’s any unfortunate event during shipping that leads to you receiving a package in bad condition (wet, dented, torn apart…), please do not accept the collection of the package if possible. You’re perfectly able to do so and usually the postal worker will be understanding. If that wasn’t possible , don’t hesitate to document everything and send it to us by mail at yo@pepemate.com. We’ll do our best to solve the issue.

If your package has never arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can treat your issue with our shipping service.

Payment and confirmation

You can pay for your products on pepemate.com with major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via our secure payment provider Stripe. You can also use PayPal.

Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding your order. Orders are usually received after 3 business days.

Cancellation policy

It happens to make mistakes, and we don’t want any unhappy customers. Therefore, we can issue refunds on your order if the package hasn’t been sent to our shipment provider.
However, we unfortunately cannot issue any refund for orders which have been already sent out.

Return policy

Sorry to hear that you changed your mind on Pepe Mate 💔 

Please before considering a package return, think about the environmental impact of resending a box. (hint: it’s pretty bad for our planet). Maybe try to gift some cans to some friends and family? or try to mix Pepe Mate with something else ? 

In any case, if you’re sure about returning your products, you can do so by sending it to : Nathan Attias, Calle de Santa María 16, 5C, 28014 Madrid. The sending fees are under your responsibility and we’ll refund you only if all the cans are in there and unopened.
