We are Pepe Mate and this is how we will refer to our company on this page, but officially at the moment, the company name is Nathan Alexandre Moise ATTIAS and our tax identification number is Y7362712N. Our registered office is Calle de Santa María 16, 5C, 28014 Madrid, Spain.

In the purchase form, before payment, we ask you for some personal information in order to correctly process your order. In accordance with privacy laws, the use of this information is only to fulfill a mission: to ensure that you receive your Pepe Mate package.
Delivery and Incidents
Generally, we will send your order with the Spanish national postal company, the Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos SA or simply "Correos".
We love our national service providers very much. However, sometimes they can be a bit harsh on packages...if there is any case of damage caused to our merchandise during shipping, we are not responsible in any case. The best thing you can do in this situation is to send us an email with photos of your damaged order to firstname.lastname@example.org

If an unfortunate event occurs during shipping that leads to you receiving a package in poor condition (wet, dented, damaged...), please do not accept delivery of the package if possible. You can do it perfectly and normally the people of Correos will be understanding. If this is not possible, do not hesitate to document everything and send it to us by mail at email@example.com.
If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with your issue with the shipping service.
Payment and Confirmation
You can pay for your products at pepemate.com with the main credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) through our secure payment provider Stripe. You can also use PayPal.
Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information related to your order. Orders are usually received within 3 business days.
Do you want to cancel your order? Nothing happens! We do not want any customer to be unsatisfied. Therefore, we can issue refunds on your order if the package has not yet been shipped to our shipping provider.
Unfortunately we cannot make any cancellation for orders that have already been shipped.
We're sorry you changed your mind about Pepe Mate
Please, before considering returning a package, think about the environmental impact of reshipping a box (hint: it's pretty bad for our planet). Maybe try gifting some cans to some friends and family... or try mixing Pepe Mate with something else?
In any case, if you are sure to return your products, you can do so by sending it to: Pepe Mate, Calle de Santa María 16, 5C, 28014 Madrid. Shipping costs are your responsibility and we will refund your money only if all cans are inside and unopened.
